Christine E. Marez, BSEE, CIG, LEED AP
President and Founder
Ms. Marez is the President and CEO of PMI Consulting, Inc., a firm she founded in 2010. Ms. Marez has over 25 years of experience in public sector construction, including construction and project management, public works contracting, job order contracting, school bond policy & procedure development, and state & federal regulatory compliance audits, internal audits, and investigations.
Ms. Marez currently leads a team of professionals providing the Los Angeles Community College District with Inspector General services and oversight of the LACCD $6.9 billion Bond Program.
Ms. Marez performs bond program financial, construction and compliance audits and investigates all allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse of bond funds. Ms. Marez is a Certified Inspector General (CIG), and LEED AP Certified, receiving her Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design in 2009.
Phil Rezvani, R.A., AIA, CCM
Senior Project Manager
A Licensed Architect, Licensed General Contractor, and Certified Construction Manager (CCM), with a Master’s Degree from Columbia University, Phil Rezvani has more than nine years of experience in school construction in various capacities, including Design, Bidding, Construction Management of multi-million dollar school projects, and DSA certification. Mr. Rezvani led a team of professionals responsible for certifying more than 1,500 DSA applications for the Los Angeles Unified School District. He has developed a solid working relationship with DSA staff and has gained their trust and respect. His excellent relationship with DSA staff has resulted in the speedy efficient review of all submitted certification documents.

Director of Operations
Ms. Caseres is responsible for human resource activities, coordination of financial and budget processes, management of daily operational activities, and office services. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and provides administrative support for establishing and implementing departmental goals, policies and procedures, as well as supporting all aspects of business development. Stacy has over 15 years of proposal management and desktop publishing experience with the ability to meet deadlines; a commitment to teamwork, and detailed follow-through is the key to her success in this role. She is highly skilled in proposal preparation, proposal schedule coordination, copyediting, and desktop publishing. Ms. Caseres holds an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from LAHC.
